Our membership online Yoga classes are perfect if you have practised yoga before and want a daily 30-minute LIVE class—20 classes on offer, all with different themes. If you want to be challenged and expand your yoga, then this is for you. Possibly you have aches and pains, maybe you want to learn yoga from scratch, or maybe you already practice yoga but are not sure if you are doing it correctly, then this is a great place to start. Amber gives clear instructions and helps you to build confidence in your practice and because it is so easy to jump out of bed and online with Amber you will get the consistency of Yoga that you want and need to progress.
