Welcome! I’m Amber, a wellness coach and yoga instructor with a passion for empowering women to reclaim their health and vitality. My journey began in my early 20s after overcoming an eating disorder. Seeking deeper meaning, I discovered yoga in the serene landscapes of Indonesia, which ignited a lifelong commitment to wellness.
For 12 transformative years, I immersed myself in yoga and holistic practices while building a successful clothing business in Bali. Despite the external success, I faced the realities of burnout and overwhelm. Through yoga, mindfulness, and coaching, I found my path to balance and resilience, inspiring me to help others navigate their challenges.
Life took another adventurous turn when I met my husband and moved to Australia with my two children. We later welcomed a third child and embraced a thrilling chapter of living on two boats in the Caribbean. These experiences have enriched my perspective and deepened my understanding of the global lifestyle many of my clients lead.
With over 30 years of experience in coaching and yoga, I specialize in guiding high-achieving women aged 40 to 60 to prioritize self-care and well-being. At Wellness with Amber, I offer personalized wellness solutions that fit seamlessly into your busy life, whether through private online coaching sessions or engaging yoga classes. My goal is to help you cultivate your inner strength, optimize your productivity, and embrace a fulfilling life.
My approach blends Hatha, Vinyasa, and Ashtanga Yoga, reflecting my dynamic personality and belief in the power of movement as a form of personal growth. As the founder of Yoga with Amber Studio, I’m proud to foster a global community, connecting yogis from Sydney, Noosa, Bali, Singapore, and Europe.

My Approach
It all begins with an idea. Maybe you know your wellness could be better. Maybe you used to be fit, have a stronger body and more clarity of mind. Or maybe you just feel like you need direction and a place to start. Perhaps you have become disconnected with what is the right thing to do.

Dream it
Imagine, three months from now, you wake up after having a restful, excellent sleep. You calmly pour your coffee, make school lunches and pack everyone off to school. Your workday doesn’t always run smoothly, but you have the tools to navigate through the issues. You fuel your body with delicious, nourishing food. You have a daily yoga and breathing practice, your body feels strong, and you no longer have that angst of ‘there are not enough hours in the day’. Relationships are good. You feel calm and connected to all that you hold close.

Often we know that our wellness is not where we want it to be; we know we could do it so much better. Wellness is an area in our lives that we would love to have a mindful priority over, but wellness gets put on the back burner with the busyness of life.
