I’m Amber — a wellness coach and online yoga teacher with over 30 years of experience helping people find balance, build resilience, and feel good in their bodies again. I support high performers, professionals, and everyday people who are ready to feel strong, grounded, and fully themselves.

From Burnout to Balance
My Journey behind the Practice - My wellness journey began in my twenties, after overcoming an eating disorder and seeking something more meaningful. I found yoga in Indonesia, and it quickly became a lifeline — a way to rebuild my energy and feel truly connected again.
I spent 12 years living in Bali, running a thriving clothing business with an international team. On the surface, I had it all — success, staff, sunshine. But I was burnt out. Behind the scenes? Panic attacks, exhaustion, and a deep sense of disconnection.
Yoga, mindfulness, and coaching brought me back. That experience drives everything I do now — and it's why I built my online yoga business: to offer tools that are accessible, sustainable, and life-changing, no matter where you are or how busy your life is.
A Global Life - A Grounded Practice
Wellness that moves with you - After meeting my husband, I moved to Australia with my two children. We later welcomed our third and even lived on two boats in the Caribbean for a time. These experiences shaped my understanding of the flexible, global lifestyle many of my clients lead.
Now based on the Sunshine Coast, I work with people all over the world through online yoga classes, 1:1 coaching, and retreats. My clients are often midlife professionals who are juggling a lot — careers, families, big goals — and secretly running on empty.

My approach blends the strength of Hatha, Vinyasa, and Ashtanga yoga to create a dynamic and transformative experience, focused on both movement and mindfulness. Whether you're looking to improve flexibility, manage stress, or simply feel more energized, each practice is designed to meet you where you are — physically, mentally, and emotionally.
But yoga is just one part of the equation. I believe true wellness extends beyond the mat, which is why I incorporate coaching into my services. Together, we’ll focus on your unique needs and create a roadmap to better balance, resilience, and productivity in your daily life.
