Imagine it's October 2024, and we are only six weeks away from the crazy silly season. You are already feeling the pressure of everyday life, the happiness you started with at the beginning of the year is wearing thin, and you need some 'me time and just time away. You know you deserve this. You certainly know you need this.

This weekend is a Yoga Retreat held by a teacher with over 30 years of experience - so you will definitely learn a lot. Amber has dedicated a considerable chunk of her life to Yoga and its philosophies, and she lives and breathes the health and wellbeing principles that go with a yogi life.

Amber is very much about there is not one size fits all, so her Yoga Retreats are a bespoke way of teaching for each body and stage of life. There will be time to receive a personal yoga practice that is best for you so you can start to practice daily at home and learn breathing techniques to help you combat stress.

But, this Retreat is much more than that. It's time to go on lovely walks, have a daily sauna and magnesium pool, and have a wonderful Massage. On Saturday, you will experience a crystal bowl playing amazing sound healing.

You will leave feeling refreshed, renewed, re-inspired, and deeply rested. I guarantee.

To be taught by Amber, who has over 30 years of teaching and coaching people through the essence of Yoga, it's a guarantee you will return home ready and willing to face things head-on and with some new tools in your toolbox.

Amber's style of yoga teaching is to allow you to feel the poses within your body, to learn how to correct your alignment and to understand how to use the poses and your body to be solid but relaxed, something that doesn't come naturally yet is crucial to us all as we age.

Learn, Align, renew

Just the drive up to Tivoli Retreat makes you unwind and moves you into a pace where you can genuinely connect with yourself. It's time to unplug, reconnect and rejuvenate your body, mind and soul.

There are uninterrupted views of the beautiful rolling green hills on beautiful acreage everywhere you look. Being surrounded by nature has an effect on your mind; it's like a therapeutic effect of gently nudging you to slow down, and reconnect with your natural surroundings and yourself.

Location, Location.

Yoga offers self-reflection, the practice of kindness and self-compassion, and continued growth and self-awareness. The weekend is about being present and being present with yourself, the group, and the environment.

You will practice Yoga twice a day, and the sessions will be around alignment within your body, strength and letting go. Amber always encourages you to work at your level and to take the poses with reflection and a feeling of trust in the body and the mind..

A Day in the life of the Retreat


Morning

  • 6am - Sunrise Yoga. Working at your level and allowing yourself to relax into every pose and be in your body.

  • Sauna and Magnesium bath to cleanse and detox the body. Alternatively reading a book, writing in your journal, taking me time!

  • 8.30 / 9am - Buffet breakfast. A delicious healthy breakfast prepared by our lovely Chef Luke all with our wellbeing in mind.

  • 9am - Activity around well-being. Its a surprise.

  • 10-11 am - Bush walk or reading or just lounging around.

  • 1pm- Lunch - A healthy lunch prepared using seasonal veggies or salad to nourish the body and feed the soul.


Afternoon

  • 3pm -5pm - Afternoon Yoga Practice - learning about alignment, hip openers and releasing tension. Time to learn, even take notes, ask questions and explore the poses.

  • 6pm - Vegetarian Buffet Dinner - We all gather to eat deliocous food and discuss how the day went today for each of us.

  • 8pm - Sauna and Magnesium pool before bed. O r time out to yourself

  • Evening guided Meditation - literally done in your pj’s if you want. Ready to then just fall into bed for a restful sleep.


The food will be all vegetarian and organic where it can be, some of which is picked from the garden at the retreat. Luke will be our chef. He is fantastic at creating wholesome food to nourish and replenish. His organic green juices are amazing, very alkalising!

The Offer:

Three days, 2 Nights accommodation in the beautiful hinterland of Noosa.

Tivoli is a modern boutique style retreat centre. Overlooking the pristine green valley of Cedar Pocket near Gympie, the Retreat offers luxurious tranquillity in the Noosa Hinterland, a calming and tranquil country oasis.

  • You can book an individual room or make new friends in a shared room (will be up to 3 guests in a room). All rooms are spacious and overlook the beautiful scenery and have large en-suites.

  • All (2 + a day) Yoga classes Instructed and taught by Amber, who has trained many people in alignment, technique and creating balance in their lives to be the best that you can be. The Yoga will suit you as an individual and is tailored to your body and time of life.

  • All delcious food is included 2 x Breakfasts, 3 x Lunch, 2x Dinner, all healthy and nutritious light vegetarian meals focus on creating balance throughout your weekend.

  • Chai Tea on tap. Fresh juices throughout the day to help cleanse your system.

  • Personal Take away strategies and session to help you create a home practice.

  • 1 x Crystal Bowl session with the amazing Aroura.

  • Full use of the Sauna and the magnesium pool.

  • Lead Bush walks

  • (Kahuna Massage is extra but will be available all day on each day of the Retreat.)
