On a scale of 1 to 10 how would you rate your health.

The Dictionary defines the word health as: - the state of being free from illness or injury.

The World Health Organization’s definition of health is “a state of complete physical, mental and social well-being and not merely the absence of disease or infirmity.”.

So how would you rate your health if you were asked to.

Rate your health - 1 being not good 10 being Awesome.  Where would you be, honestly.  I also like to break that down into:

  • Sleep      1- 10

  • Weight   1- 10

  • Energy   1- 10

  • Clarity   1- 10

  • Overall feeling of well-being   1 - 10

How important is your health?
We all deserve to feel and be healthy, I know we all ultimately want to feel and be healthy, so why isn't it a priority.

I see so many people walking around not looking well, over weight, over stressed, and not even happy.. Its like they have given up, decided its too hard to be healthy....
Really! I don’t think it is.
We all have choices of what we put in our mouth as food..

Food is our fuel and we should be feeding our bodies the best fuel. We need to move regularly, be it yoga, a walk whatever just move.

Feed the mind, read daily something that inspires you, whatever that might be.
Look after your health and lead by example..
