We are in the business of wellness creation, focusing on clear, concise and mindful dedication to holistic living. We specialize in the areas of Mindfulness, Nutrition and Movement.
What does the word Wellness mean to you? What does your personal wellness look like?
This looks slightly different for everyone - in work, family, health, spirituality and all the areas in our personal world that hold meaning.
Our bespoke programs are centered in holistic yoga and meditation practice, nutrition wellness, mindfulness and sustainable performance for life. These are the pillars of Health. They exist to connect the mind, body and soul to flourish in harmony.
Nutrition for the purpose of wellness and nourishing my body, has been an on going focus of learning in both my personal and professional life for the last 25 years. Food is our medicine and when used for good, it rewards us with sustained health, vitality, and the ability to operate from the strongest of foundations in all areas of our lives.
We do not believe in work life balance. We believe in the daily commitment of Holistic Wellness incorporating best practice body, mind and soul programs, that bring us a balanced perspective, regardless of the pressures and unpredictability of life we all face.
We believe in the impact and effect of ‘overwhelm’. With 24/7 access to social media and influences, we are flooded daily with how we should be eating and living. We hear things like, you need to be paleo, gluten free, vegan, you should do a keto diet, a juice fast and we get totally overwhelmed with conflicting opinions and the do and the don’ts. We therefore end up not doing anything at all to create change because we simply don’t know where to start or who to believe. So lets start here today.
My passion in this area is to help you to be the best version of yourself and to perform at your highest level so that you create a balanced lifestyle that is sustainable, that you can share with everyone around you.
We have become DISCONNECTED with ourselves and each other and its this disconnect that I aim to bridge the gap with in all of your lives.
