This amazing Yoga weekend basically, is for us women, YOU, to unplug, reconnect and rejuvenate your body mind and soul. Life is busy, we do so much around family, partners, work and priorities that often we have forgotten to look after ourselves. You are the glue to your family and you cant afford to come unstuck.

Just the drive up to Tivoli Retreat makes you unwind and moves you into a pace where you can truly connect with yourself.

Then to be taught by Amber who has over 25 years of teaching and coaching people through the essence of Yoga, its a guarantee you will return home ready and willing to face things head on and with some new tools in your tool box.

Amber’s style of yoga teaching is to allow you to feel the poses within your body, to learn how to correct your alignment and to understand how to use the poses and your body to be strong but relaxed, something that doesn’t come naturally yet is crucial to us all as we age.

The retreat will help you to have better knowledge so your yoga gets easier, flows better, whilst still maintaining a clear and smooth focus on your breath. This in-turn can be used in the rest of your everyday life so things flow easier and there is less stress around the small stuff!!!

The Weekend Retreat

The Retreat venue -

Set on beautiful acreage where everywhere you look there are uninterrupted views to the beautiful rolling green hills, where you can relax and let go. Being surrounded by nature has an affect on your mind, its like a therapeutic effect of gently nudging you to slow down, reconnect with your natural surroundings and yourself.

The Yoga Practice on the Retreat -

Yoga offers self-reflection, the practice of kindness and self-compassion, and continued growth and self-awareness.

This weekend is about connecting back to You! Being in our bodies and exploring how that feels and learning how through yoga you can keep coming back to the body and mind connection. Yoga also relieves tension in our body, improves flexibility, stamina strength and body awareness all of which help us to connect back to ourselves.

The weekend is about being present. Being present with yourself, with the group and with the environment. You will practice yoga twice a day and the sessions will be around alignment within your body, strength and letting go. Amber always encourages you to work at your level and to take the poses with reflection and feeling of trust in the body and the mind.

Sound Healing on the Retreat -

On this weekend retreat we are lucky enough to have Louise from soul signature join us.

She will be taking us through a group sound healing session. Sound healing therapy uses aspects of music to improve your physical and emotional health and well-being. If you have not tried this, it is an amazing opportunity. Louise has an incredible voice and using the different healing sounds and methods she uses makes it a very special experience.

A guide to the Timetable of the Retreat. (This is subject to a few time changes to suit the group)

Thursday -

  • Check in is from 4pm.

  • Welcome meet up and a gentle yoga class 5.30pm –

  • Free time then until buffet dinner at 7pm

  • Evening Meditation

Friday -

  • 6am Sunrise Yoga

  • Sauna and Magnesium bath to cleanse and detox the body

  • 8.30 / 9am Buffet breakfast

  • 9am - Activity around wellbeing

  • 10-11 am Bush walk or reading or just lounging around.

  • 1pm- Lunch

  • 3pm -5pm Yoga session learning about alignment, hip openers and releasing tension.

  • 6pm Dinner

  • 8pm Sauna and Magnesium pool before bed.

Saturday -

  • 7am - Yoga Class - Based on being open. Poses to complement. Breathing session working on the heart chakra.

  • 9am Breakfast

  • Activity to be announced

  • Sauna and Magnesium pool.

  • 12.00pm Lunch

  • 1pm - 4pm Special stress release session, Yoga and Sound with Louise and Amber

  • 4.30pm Free Time

  • 5.30pm Sunset Magnesium pool and Sauna

  • 6.30pm Dinner

Sunday -

  • 6am - Guided Meditation followed by a Yoga practice

  • Breakfast

  • 10am – Healing circle lead by Louise.

  • 12 noon ready to check out.

THe Food on the Retreat -

The food will be all vegetarian and organic where it can be, some of which is picked from the garden at the retreat.

Luke will be our chef. He is amazing at creating wholesome food to nourish and replenish. His organic green juices are fantastic, very alkalising!

Whats Included

  • 3 Nights accommodation in the beautiful hinterland of Noosa. Tivoli is a modern boutique style retreat center. Overlooking the pristine green valley of Cedar Pocket near Gympie, the Retreat offers luxurious tranquillity.

  • You can book an individual room or make new friends in a shared room (will be up to 3 guests in a room) All rooms are spacious and overlook the beautiful scenery and have large en-suites.

  • 3x Breakfasts, 2 x Lunch, 3 x Dinner all healthy and nutritious light vegetarian meals focusing on creating balance throughout your weekend. Chai Tea on tap. Fresh juices throughout the day to help cleanse your system.

  • 6 Yoga classes Instructed and taught by Amber who has trained many people in alignment, technique and creating balance in their lives to be the best that you can be. Taking away strategies to help you create a home practice.

  • 2 Sound healing sessions with the amazing Louise, you are in for a real treat.

  • 3 x Sauna plus full use of the magnesium pool daily.

  • Lead Bush walks

Not Included:

  • Flights and Transfers

  • Kahuna Massage - ( 2 beautiful Rooms are set up for Kahuna massage and we have 2 wonderful masseurs Dee and Sankara doing the massages. Both are very experienced and will be available over the whole weekend).

Kahuna Massage:

Every time you have a ‘KaHuna’ you will experience something different. Sometimes it’s physical healing and relaxation, sometimes you unlock stuck emotions such as crying, laughing and smiling. Another time you might see colors, experience energy shifts, release past memories, connect to you soul more or receive spiritual healing.

Cleansing using the wood fired Sauna and Magnesium Bath:

Taking a sauna enables our tensions to fade. Muscles to unwind. Mentally, we emerge relaxed and revived. Magnesium is said to be needed to keep muscle and nerve functioning normal, for a strong heart beat rhythm, a healthy immune system, strong bones, regulated blood sugar levels, normal blood pressure and an active cellular metabolism. Such a Treat.
