If we are not actively pursuing health and wellness, its not just going to happen. However our bodies are very resilient but the stress and the everyday tolls that we are now under is often too much for our bodies to cope with and this is where we come unstuck. We need a plan.

That was certainly me. I had become very good at running on empty and I hiding how exhausted I felt. I was running on my adrenals and I knew something had to change or I was going to get sick.

But that was where I got stuck, I was already doing everything supposedly right, eating well, exercising etc so what could I possibly do differently?

We are all searching for balance in our lives. 

Work life balance, body mind balance etc, its not easy. I think starting with getting the balance of feeling good which means feeling healthy is priority. 

If you have boundless energy you are sleeping well and you feel good about yourself then everything is easier to deal with, so reality is you will feel more balanced.

I needed a strategy and a system that was going to fit in with my busy lifestyle but was also going to guide me to changing my lifestyle and would fit in with most importantly my family and my Yoga and Health Coaching business.
