Amber Muller is a qualified yoga teacher located on the Sunshine Coast, Queensland. She is a mum, a health nut, an adventurer and someone who is extremely passionate about being the best version of yourself and bringing that out in all of us.
My history in Yoga:
Amber has been teaching yoga locally and internationally for over 20 years. Her style is a unique blend of Hatha, Vinyasa and Ashtanga Yoga that represents her dynamic personality and passion for life, adventure and balance. She has taught in the UK, Bali and here in Australia and is the founder of Yoga with Amber Studio located in Peregian Springs, Noosa and Bali.
She has also taught Yoga in Primary Schools for over 10 years, running a program that fosters non-competitiveness and enhances flexibility, self-confidence, co-ordination and calmness in children. This successful program has now expanded to High Schools.
Amber has trained overseas with international teachers Richard Freeman and Seane Corn. She has also studied for the last 5 years with acclaimed Australian Yoga teacher Simon Borg Olivier.
Her dedication and constant striving for growth, is something she brings to each and every class.
"For me Yoga is a way of Life and that is what I love about it. I love the way I feel when I am doing yoga I love the calmness that comes over me just from sitting on my mat but I also love the people that Yoga has allowed me to meet. If you know me well, you know that I am an intense strong willed person and as my husband says "a worry wart" so yoga has helped me to deal with my irrational thoughts and it brings me back down to earth, it Grounds me. I hope to share my love of yoga with you in one of my classes or on one of the retreats."
My passion in this area is to help you to be the best version of yourself. This is different for everyone. I base this around Yoga meditation, mindfulness and great nutrition. These are the pillars of health and really fully help to connect the mind the body and your soul together.
Nutrition has been a HUGE part of my learning and my personal life for the last 25 years. I cannot get enough of learning about we are what we eat! and how food is medicine.. It is now my belief that in this day and age, this toxic lifestyle that we are exposed to everyday that I feel that supplementation along with clean green eating is the way to help out bodies detox and help our systems run at 100 percent like they are meant to.

The classical teachings of Yoga go back more than 5000 years. Contrary to popular belief, Yoga is not a religion but rather a system of health giving practices for mind and body.
The word "Yoga" comes from the Sanskrit word "yuj" which means to unite or integrate, to join or yoke together, and it is about bringing the body and the mind into one harmonious experience. Yoga is a series of poses that help to build strength, flexibility and balance. It helps correct posture, alignment and the breathing techniques help calm the mind and connect the mind and body to create a happy heart and healthy overall body.
Many people think that yoga is just stretching. But while stretching is certainly involved, yoga is really about creating balance in the body through developing both strength and flexibility. This is done through yoga poses or postures, which all have specific physical benefits, and breath control. These poses can be done dynamically in succession to help create heat in the body (this is known as Vinyasa style) or more slowly to help with alignment. (Known as Hatha or Iyengar) Both styles increase stamina and flexibility.
Yoga is possible for anybody who really wants it. Yoga is universal.... But don't approach yoga with a business mind looking for worldly gain.
